ATLANTA — A nephew was accused of killing his 78-year-old uncle in a shooting on Monday, according to warrants and reports from the scene.
The incident unfolded in the late afternoon at a location on Stafford Street in the Mozley Park neighborhood. Police responded to the location on the Atlanta Westside, not far from the Beltline, and found the victim shot.
