ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Fallen trees are causing power outages and road hazards across several Atlanta neighborhoods Monday morning.
On Macon Drive in southwest Atlanta, a fallen tree landed on top of a car and pickup truck, badly damaging both. An officer cordoned off the roadway with police tape.
Around 9 a.m., nearly 200 people were without power in the Kirkwood area due to a fallen tree, according to the Georgia Power outage map. The estimated time for power to be restored was 1:30 p.m…
