Two suspects have been taken into custody in connection with the shooting death of a man at an Atlanta park earlier this month.
Atlanta police said officers Thursday joined with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Violent Crime Task Force to arrest Latonian Patterson, 18 in connection with the shooting death of Evans Tshongwe, 49, at South Bend Park.
