Fifth suspect charged in bartender’s death after body parts found in reservoir

Another person now faces charges in connection with a local bartender’s death and dismemberment.

Jamal Parker, 37, was found dead in Dog River Reservoir back in May. Four suspects have since been indicted and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office made a fifth arrest on Wednesday.
