A mixed-use project taking shape in Cobb County will create apartments, retail space and a hotel near The Battery.
The Henry will include about 650 apartments, 54 condos and a 250-key hotel, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports . It will also feature commercial space and pedestrian bridges for easy access to The Battery and Truist Park.
The hotel, one of two towers planned for the two-tower development, will be part of the Autograph Collection by Marriott International, according to the news outlet. A rooftop bar, a steakhouse and lobby bar, an infinity pool and a fitness center are among the planned amenities, along with a conference and banquet center.
The apartments and condos make up the other tower, which will probably be finished first. According to Omaha-based Holland Basham Architects , amenities would include a gym, a pool, a grilling station, a dog park, bike storage, a coffee shop, a rooftop bar and lounge with views of the Atlanta skyline, and meeting and work-from-home spaces.
