Following the recent shooting outside McEachern High School, authorities have secured arrest warrants on Wednesday for a third individual involved in the shooting incident. According to Cobb Police, Jean Germain, initially identified as one of the victims on Feb. 1, is now facing charges related to the shooting. Germain, 20, is specifically charged with possession of a firearm in a school zone and loitering on school property.
