ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A suspect has been arrested in the January shooting death of a man in DeKalb County, according to the sheriff’s office. The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from Georgia State Patrol SWAT, have arrested 31-year-old Brandon Hatton of Decatur in the deadly shooting of 39-year-old DeAngelo Ivey, the sheriff’s office announced Monday.
