An Atlanta man has been charged with his wife’s murder – 25 years after her body was found in multiple trash bags. In April and June 1999, human remains were found in separate locations in Atlanta, Ga., and were misidentified, Atlanta police Lt. Andrew Smith said at a press conference on Wednesday, Aug. 7. 11Alive reported that the remains were found in trash bags, and the victim had been decapitated.
