A funeral for former Cobb Superior Court Judge Reuben Green is scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday. The service, open to the public, will be held at the chapel at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church at 955 Johnson Ferry Road in Marietta.
A representative for the family said if the church closes Friday due to inclement weather, the service will be held Saturday. The MDJ will provide any updates to Judge Green’s service schedule.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Bravo Victor Fund, an organization supporting the Cobb County Veterans Treatment and Accountability Court which Judge Green started.
