MARTA Atlanta Streetcar to be suspended while Georgia Power makes repairs

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – MARTA’s Atlanta Streetcar will be suspended for five days next week.

The streetcar is taking a break from Monday, Jan. 13 to Friday, Jan. 17 so Georgia Power can make emergency repairs on Carnegie Way, MARTA said. Other city contractors and utility companies will also use the time to make repairs near the tracks.
