Peachtree Center food court shooter agrees to non-negotiated guilty plea

The man who shot and injured three people inside an Atlanta food court last summer will spend the next decade behind bars.

Jeremy Malone pleaded guilty to one count of attempted murder, four counts of aggravated assault and other charges.
