ATLANTA — Joann, a crafting and fabrics retailer, plans on closing over half of its remaining stores after declaring Chapter 11 bankruptcy for the second time in less than a year.
A company spokesperson told CNN in a statement: “This was a very difficult decision to make, given the major impact we know it will have on our team members, our customers and all of the communities we serve.”
