Ceara Darlene Smith, 25, of Stone Mountain, is accused of being a fugitive from bank fraud charges by Norfolk County, Virginia. She was located at Carvilla, a used car dealer, at 890 Cobb Place Boulevard NW in Kennesaw, on Feb. 14 at 1:11 p.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Smith is charged with fugitive. She was arrested on Feb. 14 at 1:50 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records.
