PUTNAM COUNTY, Ga. — As the search for missing Atlanta educator Gary Jones stretches into its 22nd day, investigators are turning to the U.S. Secret Service to unlock a potential key to the case: the cell phone of Jones’ fiancée, Joycelyn Wilson.
Wilson’s body was recovered from Lake Oconee on Feb. 9, with her phone found clutched in her hand.
