ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A student at Kennesaw State University is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at an apartment on campus.
Ryan West was arrested on a charge of rape on Tuesday, March 25, according to records from the Cobb County Jail, where he’s being held without bond.
According to the arrest warrant, the victim said she was assaulted while intoxicated.
The warrant says West admitted he “should not have had sex with her because she couldn’t give consent while intoxicated.”…
