Pair Charged with Spray Paint Tagging Multiple Marietta Locations

Joshua Sullivan, 37, of Acworth, and Dylan Hall, 29, of Atlanta, are accused of spray paint tagging multiple locations on April 9 at 9:50 p.m., according to arrest warrants from the Cobb County Police Department.

Sullivan and Hall are accused of tagging 14 separate locations of the Delray Diner, 2450 Delk Road in Marietta. Some of the tags were politically motivated. The damages were in excess of $500. The pair also tagged a Marietta Power & Water gas meter at the same location, according to the warrant.

Sullivan is also accused of tagging a bus stop awning at the location and spray painting “F— Trump” and “Israelites are evil.” A police officer witnessed the pair writing the first tag on the bus stop and then taking a selfie photograph together, according to the warrants…
