ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – The suspected shooter in a Cobb County after-prom house party dispute that turned deadly is facing an additional murder charge, according to Cobb County Superior Court.
Carlos Diaz was indicted in April on a malice murder charge in connection to the deadly March shooting.
