MARIETTA, Ga. (WMC) – Two fugitives who had warrants out of Memphis for a deadly double shooting in Frayser last month have been captured in Georgia, according to the Memphis Police Department.
La-Cameron Jenkins, 22, and Martavious Jenkins, 34, are each charged with two counts of first-degree murder and eight counts of attempted first-degree murder.
