Attempted Carjacking Suspect Held at Gunpoint by Civilian, Arrested in Marietta

A carjacking suspect was arrested in Marietta Monday night after police say he was stopped and held at gunpoint by a nearby witness.

The suspect, 32-year-old Rico Riley, of Smyrna, is accused of attempting to steal two cars at the Chevron gas station at 1200 Franklin Gateway, at the intersection of Delk Road, just off I-75.
