Marietta Man Accused of Stabbing Another Man

Ethan Harper, 21, of Marietta, is accused of thrusting an unknown sharp object into the mid-lower rear right side of the victim’s torso after striking him with a fist during an argument on June 6 at 1:15 a.m. at the man’s Marietta residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.

The incident occurred on the back porch and Harper fled the scene with the object. The victim bled across the back porch, dining room, kitchen and hallway of his home before controlling the bleeding using his shirt as a modified trauma gauze, according to the warrant.

Harper is charged with aggravated assault weapon; and simple battery – family violence. He was arrested on June 7 at 8:15 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
