A Marietta man was arrested Wednesday and charged with murder in connection to a fatal shooting at a hotel in Norcross.
Dametris Bush, 33, of Marietta, and Jaharri Foster, 28, of Stockbridge, are both facing malice and felony murder charges, in addition to two counts of aggravated assault, according to jail records. Bush has also been charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of certain felonies, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and felony violation of parole.
