Marcus Rolle, 44, of Marietta is accused of urinating on a wall on the side of the Indigo Hotel, 2857 Paces Ferry Road SE in Atlanta, in view of hotel staff while having methamphetamine concealed in his pants at noon on Aug. 7, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Rolle is charged with public indecency; loiter prowl; possession of methamphetamine; and fight words. He was arrested on Aug. 7 at noon and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
