Amber Alert Issued as Florida Brothers Abducted by Non-Custodial Mother May Be Headed to Georgia

ATLANTA, GA – Authorities have issued an urgent Amber Alert for two Florida children believed to have been abducted by their non-custodial mother and possibly en route to the Atlanta area.

Children Last Seen in Riviera Beach, Florida

According to Riviera Beach Police, 3-year-old Aizon Turner and his 11-year-old brother Akachi Turner were reported missing early Sunday morning around 8:30 a.m. on August 18 after they left their foster home.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement reports the two boys were last seen in the West 6th Street area of Riviera Beach. Law enforcement believes the children are with their biological mother, 43-year-old Audrey Taylor, who does not have legal custody and currently has an active warrant out of Miami-Dade County for child neglect.

Details About the Suspect and Vehicle

Audrey Taylor was last seen wearing a black tank top and a cream skirt with black stripes. She reportedly has a nose ring and may have her hair tied in a ponytail.

The group is believed to be traveling in a black Toyota Camry sedan with front-end damage, possibly heading toward Atlanta. The alert has since been extended from Florida into Georgia.

  • Aizon Turner, age 3, was last seen wearing a khaki shirt, khaki shorts, and black light-up shoes with red trim.
  • Akachi Turner, age 11, was last seen in a black shirt, black pants, and high-top FILA sneakers.
