ATLANTA, Ga. – University of Georgia (UGA) officials paused new member activity of UGA’s Sigma Chi fraternity as the Athens-Clarke County Police Department investigates hazing allegations.
“Pausing all potential new member activity for an individual organization while a review is conducted is standard operating procedure,” said Rod Guajardo, university spokesperson.
