Cobb Police issued a traffic alert early Tuesday morning advising commuters to avoid the Johnson Ferry and Lower Roswell roads area in east Cobb.
Southbound Johnson Ferry is reduced to one lane at Lower Roswell, causing bumper-to-bumper traffic.
