The Smyrna Police Department is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information related to a fire-turned-homicide investigation at a Windy Hill Road apartment complex.
The body of 32-year-old Mary Olivia Matthews was found inside a unit at the Bella 810 apartment complex Sept. 3 after firefighters were called to reports of a structural fire.
