ATLANTA — A dream that began in a warehouse is now unfolding at Wellstar, where a mother of three is working toward becoming a nurse in honor of her late brother.
Shequita Starks operated a forklift to earn a living to help take care of her children, but she realized it wasn’t a passion of hers, paving the way for her dreams to become a reality.
“I started as a warehouse worker, and now I’m in the nursing field, and I have found my true passion. I love taking care of people.
