Marcelino Lopez Gonzalez, 39, of Smyrna, is accused of raping a woman on Aug. 17 at 3:30 a.m. at The Arbors at Smyrna apartment complex, 2001 Old Concord Road in Smyrna, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Gonzalez was observed on surveillance footage removing the woman’s clothing and having sex with her while she was unconscious due to alcohol consumption, according to the warrant.
Gonzalez is charged with rape. He was arrested on Aug. 17 at 3 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
