Santiago Arias Arroyo, 50, of Marietta, is accused of molesting a 10-year-old girl on two occasions between Jan. 1, 2024, and Dec. 31, 2024, at an apartment at 737 Horizon Circle in Marietta, in The Ridge apartment complex, according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.
Arroyo is charged with two counts of child molestation felony. He was arrested on Sept. 11 at 6:30 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
