COBB COUNTY, Ga. — A woman has just filed a multi-million-dollar lawsuit against Cobb County, saying she was nearly killed after a police officer pursued and performed a PIT maneuver on the car of a shoplifting suspect.
The complaint seeks $15 million in damages.
