A Cobb grand jury has indicted a man on murder charges related to the fatal stabbing of an Atlanta woman at a Cumberland hotel.
Frank Moore, 46, of Jonesboro, is accused of attacking two women with a knife at the Budgetel Inn and Suites, located at 4900 Circle 75 Parkway, near the intersection of Windy Hill Road.
