A suspect has been indicted on murder charges related to a fatal shooting at a Marietta gas station off Franklin Gateway.
Johnathan Bailey, 24, of Savannah, is accused of fatally shooting 34-year-old Joshua Walker, of Dacula.
The shooting took place at approximately 3:52 p.m. Aug. 26 at a Chevron gas station located at 1200 Franklin Gateway SE, according to Bailey’s arrest warrant…
