This week, MUST Ministries and Dobbins Air Reserve Base’s Care Campus banded together to provide necessities for reservists and their families.
MUST stocked the Care Campus’ food pantry Monday with 25 boxes of food, 21 boxes of diapers for the families on base and food gift cards to assist federal workers’ and reservists’ needs after going without pay for more than a month.
“Everyone has been super grateful for this support,” said Anthony DeVoile, Dobbins Care Campus; integrated prevention chief. “In most cases that we see, people have never had to ask for help like this, so we wanted to focus on food security in hopes these families could then reallocate money for other things.
