A Smyrna man was indicted by a Cobb grand jury on DUI charges in connection to a crash that injured multiple people.
Lorenzo Cruz, 25, is accused of driving a silver 2014 Chevrolet Silverado under the influence of alcohol while going 86 mph in a 45 mph zone, resulting in a crash that injured himself, his passenger and two others in the opposing vehicle.
