Harold Palacios-Perez, 29, residence unknown, is accused of aiming a loaded AR-15 style rifle at a man while committing armed robbery on Nov. 30 at 3 a.m. at the Frye Law Group, 170 Anderson Street in Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.
Palacios-Perez pointed the gun at the victim and commanded him to get on his knees. He demanded the victim’s cell phone and the keys to the victim’s vehicle. Palacios-Perez drove a 2007 Blue Volkswagen Jetta to the scene and then again upon his departure, according to the warrant.
Palacious-Perez is charged with aggravated assault – intent to murder; aggravated assault weapon; armed robbery weapon; attempt – armed robbery weapon; possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime; and driving without a valid license. He was arrested on Nov. 30 at 3:55 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
