Man accused of furnishing Marietta teen with obscene materials

Joshua Paul Aguon, 21, of Panama City, Florida, is accused of sexual exploitation of a child and furnishing obscene materials electronically to a 16-year-old on multiple dates at a Marietta residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.

Aguon possessed multiple images of the girl engaged in sexually explicit conduct from July 17, 2025 to Sept. 28, 2025. He also sent the girl photos and videos of himself engaged in sexually explicit conduct from July 1, 2025 to July 22, 2025; Aug. 10, 2025 to Aug. 28, 2025; and Sept. 12, 2025 to Sept. 15, 2025, according to the warrant.

Aquon is charged with child – sexual exploitation of a child; and three counts of furnishing obscene materials to a minor by computer or electronically. He was arrested on Dec. 7 at 7:32 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
