Christopher John Rojas Abragan, 23, of Marietta, is accused of stealing a BB gun while intoxicated on Dec. 10 at 3 p.m. at Adventure Outdoors, 2500 S. Cobb Drive SE in Smyrna, according to an arrest warrant from the Smyrna Police Department.
Rojas Abragan entered the business with an open container of an alcoholic beverage in hand. He cursed at store employees while inside and stole a Crossman AK Auto BB gun, valued at $257.57. He then cursed at individuals after he exited the store and cursed at officers while they were attempting to detain him, according to the warrant.
Rojas Abragan is charged with public drunk; and theft by shoplifting – less than $500. He was arrested on Dec. 10 at 3:45 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
