In an attempt to bring on “new, high-quality tenants” and add “new energy” to the outdoor shopping center, Avenue West Cobb’s latest owner requested a site plan amendment from the Cobb Board of Commissioners.
During this week’s zoning hearing, the commission unanimously approved the request from applicant West Cobb Owner, who acquired the center in September, to modify an existing entrance sign and extend weekend opening hours, something it said was “critical” for attracting a prospective tenant.
