Three inmates who had escaped from a county jail just east of Atlanta are back in custody, according to a news release Tuesday from the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.
Details of how the inmates – one of whom was being held on a murder charge – were recaptured were not immediately available. The statement from the sheriff’s office said more information would be available at a news conference later in the morning.
