Cavan Hugh Jarrell, 17, of Marietta, is accused of intentionally starting a fire by burning clothing items in the basement of a residence at 3716 Upland Drive in Marietta on Dec. 13 at 7:17 p.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Jarrell also intentionally damaged all the windows in the kitchen of the residence, according to the warrant.
Jarrell is charged with arson – first endanger; and criminal damage – second degree. He was arrested on Dec. 19 at 11 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
