Wilmer Ovidio Lopez-Munoz, 22, of Woodstock, is accused of child molestation on Dec. 12 at 8:03 p.m. at a Marietta residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Lopez-Munoz began molesting the child in the living room of the residence moments after he was left alone with the child. The alleged molestation stopped immediately upon the approach of the child’s father. The incident was disclosed in a forensic interview on Dec. 17 and was also captured on a surveillance video that was provided to police, according to the warrant.
Lopez-Munoz is charged with sexual battery and child molestation felony. He was arrested on Dec. 17 at 8:24 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
