Walter Lashan Burns, 29, of Marietta, is accused of throwing a metal trashcan at a moving vehicle and striking the front windshield on Jan. 2 at 11:04 p.m. at the intersection of Bells Ferry Road and Barrett Parkway, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Burns is charged with two counts of terroristic threats – acts/object; criminal trespass damage; and criminal damage – second degree. He was arrested on Jan. 2 at 11:27 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
