Ted’s Montana Grill is pulling out of its planned location on Marietta Square after receiving negative feedback over social media, the restaurant’s CEO and co-founder confirmed Thursday.
George McKerrow, who co-founded Ted’s Montana Grill in Atlanta with media mogul Ted Turner, said the decision came after an outpouring of public criticism following news that the restaurant would occupy a long-vacant lot on the Square.
