John Edward Weaver, 63, of Kennesaw, is accused of drunk driving on Dec. 4 at 5:28 p.m. at the Kennesaw Mazda dealership, 3047 Cobb Parkway, Kennesaw, according to an arrest warrant from the Kennesaw Police Department.
Weaver drove his vehicle through the dealership’s closed gate and struck a brick wall next to a large fuel tank, endangering the lives of the dealership’s employees and customers, according to the warrant.
Weaver had to be extracted from his vehicle due to his refusal to get out and giving officers the middle finger. An officer had to use a window punch to shatter the glass. After the window broke, Weaver pushed shattered glass out of the window and attempted to strike the officer in the face.
