Man accused of pulling rifle during Smyrna traffic dispute

Jack Beaujour, 36, of Stone Mountain, is accused of pointing a long rifle at people during a verbal argument after a traffic collision on Dec. 16 at 5 p.m. at Meadows Dental Associates, 4686 S. Atlanta Road, Smyrna, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.

Beaujour denied being involved in the collision and while speaking with the victims, opened his trunk, pulled out the long rifle and pointed it at them as they drove away from the scene, according to the warrant.

Beaujour is charged with two counts of aggravated assault weapon. He was arrested on Dec. 22 at 8:30 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
