Jaun Emario McCollum, 46, of Dallas, is accused of assault with intent to murder on a man and a juvenile by firing a gun into the victim’s vehicle while he was driving on Jan. 10 at 6:58 p.m. near the Kroger Fuel Center at 3895 Jiles Road in Kennesaw, according to an arrest warrant from Kennesaw Police Department.
The bullet traveled through the passenger side window, into the front dash and then into the windshield of the vehicle, causing damages in excess of $500, according to the warrant.
McCollum is charged with two counts of aggravated assault – intent to murder; possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime; and criminal damage – second degree. He was arrested Jan. 14 at 10:15 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
