ATLANTA — Metro Atlanta and north Georgia are bracing Saturday for the arrival in full of a potentially major winter storm — maybe, even, one that winds up ranking among the city’s most historic.
The hope, of course, is that the expected icing won’t create the kind of havoc some past winter storms have caused in Atlanta.
