REPORT: Pregnant KSU student shot, killed, suspect taken into custody

A suspect is in custody, police say, and has been charged with shooting and killing a pregnant woman and injuring another Sunday.

According to a report from 11Alive, the victim in this case, identified as 22-year-old Teonia Stokes, was a student at Kennesaw State University and just months away from earning her teaching degree.

Stokes was found shot and killed inside a home at 112 G.W. Carver Drive, in Monroe, while a second victim named Curdarious Williams was also found injured with a gunshot wound…
