ATLANTA — Tenants at an Atlanta apartment complex say rats are crawling through their walls and air vents, creating health concerns they believe management has failed to address.
“They’re throwing their little pebbles out, they’re urinating through the vents, so my kids are inhaling that. Whatever they’re doing inside that vent,” said Jasmine Johnson, a tenant at Woodlands at Cascade.
