Richard Earl Poore, 48 of Dallas, was jailed in Rome after reports said he stole a car and then sold it for recycling.
Police said that Poore took a 2014 Honda Civic, valued t $5,000, and then received $325 to scrap it. Poore is also accused of forging the owner’s name on the vechile’s title.
